Help Centre › Building Processes
Click a UI control (by selector) or screen coordinates.
Add it to a process
In the process designer, open the Add step tab. Find Click in app under Desktop App, or type its name in the search box, and drag it onto the canvas.
Fields
| Field | Required | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Control | No | The UI control to target - resolved by its learned name (App Model, self-healing) or its recorded selector. Shows the ranked selector candidates and the model name/screen. Falls back to X/Y when not found and Fallback is on. |
| X | No | The horizontal position (in pixels) used only when falling back to coordinates. Default: 0. |
| Y | No | The vertical position (in pixels) used only when falling back to coordinates. Default: 0. |
| Button | No | Mouse button (left/right/middle). Defaults to left. Choices: Left, Middle, Right. Default: left. |
| Iterations | No | Number of times to repeat the click. Default: 1. |
| Interval | No | Delay between clicks in seconds. Default: 0. |
| Visual | No | Describe the control by what can be SEEN, for an application with no accessibility tree (Citrix, VDI, canvas) or as a fallback when the selector stops resolving. Keys: text, match (exact, contains, starts, regex, fuzzy), anchor plus relation (right, left, above, below, inside, nearest) to target by a nearby label, template (an image file), ordinal, offset, region, min_confidence. Tried after the selectors and before any coordinate fallback. |
| Fall back to coordinates | No | When the control can't be found, click the X/Y coordinates instead. |
