Read a UI control's text/value into a variable.
Add it to a process
In the process designer, open the Add step tab. Find Read from app under Desktop App, or type its name in the search box, and drag it onto the canvas.
Fields

| Control | Yes | UI selector, or an App Model reference {name, screen?}. |
| Variable | No | Name of the variable where the result will be stored |
