Help Centre › Building Processes
Scroll a table or list until an element shows up, then leave it in view.
Add it to a process
In the process designer, open the Add step tab. Find Scroll until found under Browser › Click & Input, or type its name in the search box, and drag it onto the canvas.
Fields
| Field | Required | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Element to find | Yes | The row, cell or text to scroll to. A text search looks inside the table only, so a filter box holding the same text does not count. |
| Table to scroll (optional) | No | XPath of the table or list. Leave empty to use the biggest table on the page. Works with SAP Fiori and SAP GUI for HTML tables. |
| Start from | No | Top searches the whole table. 'Where it is now' only searches further down. Choices: Top of the table, Where it is now. Default: top. |
| Give up after (seconds) | No | How long to keep scrolling before the step fails. Default: 60. |
| Wait for rows (seconds) | No | Longest wait for the next rows to load. The bot moves on as soon as they appear, so raise this only for a slow server. Default: 3. |
| Variable | No | Stores whether it was found, the text found, how many scrolls it took and how long. Default: scrollFound. |
