Description

The BROWSER Submit a form function allows you to submit a form.

Setting it up

To use the BROWSER Submit a form function, follow these instructions:

Once on a process map:

Navigate to the process where you would like to add the BROWSER Submit a form function
Click on the green button’s drop-down (right side of the green button labelled “Process”)
On the menu that appears, click on the “+ Activity” item
From here you can select the BROWSER Submit a form option
Click "Add" once you are done

Element selector	Yes	Text	–	Selector to identify the form or submit button.
Selector type	Yes	Select	XPath	Method to locate the element.
Scroll into view	No	Boolean	Off	Scroll to the element first.
Visible only	No	Boolean	Off	Only interact with visible elements.

This action does not produce any output variables.

Error	Description
Element not found	The form or button could not be found.
Submission failed	The form submission did not complete successfully.

Use this instead of clicking a submit button when the form uses JavaScript submission.
