Encrypt a file with PGP, for example a payment file for the bank.
Add it to a process
In the process designer, open the Add step tab. Find PGP: encrypt file under Security, or type its name in the search box, and drag it onto the canvas.
Fields
| Field | Required | What it does |

| File path | Yes | File to encrypt |
| Public key | Yes | Receiver's public key: a key file path, or the key text |
| Signing key | No | Your private key, to sign the file: a key file path here, or a vault variable |
| Passphrase | No | Passphrase of your private key, needed only when you sign. Keep it in the vault. |
| Armor | No | Write text (.asc) instead of binary (.pgp) |
| Output path | No | Output path (defaults to file_path.pgp, or .asc as text) |
| Variable | No | Variable to store output path Default: encrypted_file. |
What it gives back
{encrypted_file}– Path to encrypted file
