Find and replace values on the sheet.
Runs on: macOS and Windows only.
Add it to a process
In the process designer, open the Add step tab. Find Find and replace under Excel › Search & Filter, or type its name in the search box, and drag it onto the canvas.
Fields
| Field | Required | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| File path | No | Enter the file path, or use a variable such as {folder::desktop::path}\file.xlsx. |
| Sheet | Yes | Name of the sheet in the Excel file. Supports wildcards: * matches any characters. |
| Cell | No | The cell, e.g. A1, or {variable}. |
| Find | Yes | Text to find. Comma-separated for multiple find/replace pairs. |
| Replace with | No | Replacement text, aligned to keys. Blank deletes the matched text. |
