Populate a sheet with data from aa JSON object.
Runs on: macOS and Windows only.
Add it to a process
In the process designer, open the Add step tab. Find Populate sheet from data under Excel › Export, or type its name in the search box, and drag it onto the canvas.
Fields
| Field | Required | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| File path | Yes | Enter the file path, or use a variable such as {folder::desktop::path}\file.xlsx. |
| Data (variable) | Yes | A variable containing a dict or list of dicts to write into the sheet |
| Sheet | Yes | Name of the sheet in the Excel file. Supports wildcards: * matches any characters. |
| Cell | Yes | The cell, e.g. A1, or {variable}. |
