How to have a condition with multiple options

This article explains how to create a decision with multiple options in a process map.

What if you want to compare something against multiple possible outcomes, and choose that specific connection?

When creating the condition, simply leave out the "value", and then give each label flowing out of the decision, the possible value the condition needs to check for.


Follow these steps:

  1. Edit the decision by clicking on the {{>icon name="edit"}} icon {{popups:decisions/edit}}
  2. On the conditions, clear the "value" field

  3. Save the conditions
  4. Connect multiple connections to the condition
  5. Edit all the connections, and make their labels the exact value you want to the condition to compare to.
