Use the Marketplace

Find and install processes, snippets and help articles that others have built, review them, and publish your own.

Help Centre › Marketplace

The Marketplace holds processes, snippets and help articles that other people have built and shared. Installing one puts your own copy in your library, ready to change. You can also publish your own work for others.

The Marketplace is on plans that include Marketplace. Open it from the menu.

1. Find something

  • Type in the search box at the top, or pick a type: All, Processes, Snippets or Help.
  • Narrow it down by category or by rating (Any rating, 4+ stars, 3+ stars).
  • Trending This Week shows what others are installing now. Items marked Featured or New are highlighted.
  • Collections groups related items together.

If nothing shows, click Clear filters.

2. Look before you install

Click an item to see its Description, Versions with their changelog, Tags, reviews, downloads, rating and publisher. A tick next to the publisher means a Verified publisher or Certified publisher. Related Items suggests similar ones.

3. Install

  1. On the item, click Install.
  2. Your copy appears in your library and under My Library in the Marketplace. The button then reads Installed.

Your copy is yours: changes you make do not affect the original.

Some items are paid. These show Purchase instead of Install, and some offer a free trial first (Start … -day trial). After paying, click Install.

Updates

When the publisher releases a new version, you are told, and the item shows Update available with "You have v… installed. Version … is now available." Click Update to v… to take it. Read the changelog under Versions first.

After installing a process

A process from the Marketplace is built for someone else's systems. Before you run it:

4. Write a review

On an item's page, under Write a review, pick 1 to 5 stars, add an optional title and your review, and click Submit review. You can review each item once. Your review shows as Your review, and you can change or delete it later.

5. Publish your own

You can publish a process, snippet or help article.

  1. Open it and, in its menu, choose Publish.
  2. Fill in Short description (up to 255 characters), Description, Category, Version (starts at 1.0.0), Tags (separated by commas) and Changelog.
  3. Switch on Monetise if you want to charge for it.
  4. Click Publish.

A locked item cannot be published. Before you publish a process, remove anything private from it: real names, account numbers, file paths, and any values typed into steps.

Release a new version

Change the item, then choose Edit listing in its menu, raise the Version, say what changed under Changelog, and click Update. A version cannot be lower than the one already published. Everyone who installed it is told a new version is out. Publishing a process also saves a copy of it in the process's own history.

Take it down

Choose Unpublish in the item's menu. It leaves the Marketplace. Copies people already installed stay in their libraries.

6. Publisher Dashboard

Click Publisher Dashboard at the top of the Marketplace to see how your items do: Total Installs, Published Items, Avg Rating, Pending Payout, your Top Items and your Payout History.
