OUTLOOK Archive e-mail function

This article describes the RPA Outlook functionality to archive an e-mail.

Description

The OUTLOOK Archive e-mail function moves the currently selected e-mail to the Archive folder in Outlook.

Setting it up

To use the OUTLOOK Archive e-mail function, follow these instructions:

Once on a process map:

1. Navigate to the process where you would like to add the OUTLOOK Archive e-mail function
2. Click on the green button's drop-down (right side of the green button labelled "Process")
3. On the menu that appears, click on the "+ Activity" item
4. From here you can select the OUTLOOK Archive e-mail option
5. Click "Add" once you are done

This action does not produce output variables.

Errors

Tips

• The e-mail is moved to the Archive folder, not deleted
• Select an e-mail first using the Select e-mail function
