Send an encrypted email.
Runs on: macOS and Windows only.
Add it to a process
In the process designer, open the Add step tab. Find Encrypt email under Email › Security, or type its name in the search box, and drag it onto the canvas.
Fields
| Field | Required | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Account / e-mail address | Yes | The e-mail account as it appears in Outlook |
| Encrypt | No | Turn on to encrypt the selected email so only the recipients can read it. Needs a security certificate set up in Outlook. Default: on. |
| Sign | No | Turn on to add your digital signature so recipients can check it came from you. Needs a security certificate set up in Outlook. Default: off. |
