OUTLOOK Set e-mail importance function

This article describes the RPA Outlook functionality to set e-mail importance.

Description

The OUTLOOK Set e-mail importance function sets the importance or priority level on the currently selected e-mail. This affects how the e-mail is displayed in recipients' inboxes.

Setting it up

To use the OUTLOOK Set e-mail importance function, follow these instructions:

Once on a process map:

1. Navigate to the process where you would like to add the OUTLOOK Set e-mail importance function
2. Click on the green button's drop-down (right side of the green button labelled "Process")
3. On the menu that appears, click on the "+ Activity" item
4. From here you can select the OUTLOOK Set e-mail importance option
5. Click "Add" once you are done

Errors

Tips

• High importance e-mails are typically displayed with a red exclamation mark
• Low importance e-mails are displayed with a blue down arrow
