This article describes the RPA Outlook functionality to set e-mail importance.

Description
The OUTLOOK Set e-mail importance function sets the importance or priority level on the currently selected e-mail. This affects how the e-mail is displayed in recipients' inboxes.
Setting it up
To use the OUTLOOK Set e-mail importance function, follow these instructions:

Once on a process map:
- Navigate to the process where you would like to add the OUTLOOK Set e-mail importance function
- Click on the green button's drop-down (right side of the green button labelled "Process")
- On the menu that appears, click on the "+ Activity" item
- From here you can select the OUTLOOK Set e-mail importance option
- Click "Add" once you are done

Output variables
This action does not produce output variables.
Errors

Tips
- High importance e-mails are typically displayed with a red exclamation mark
- Low importance e-mails are displayed with a blue down arrow
