OUTLOOK Set e-mail sensitivity function

This article describes the RPA Outlook functionality to set e-mail sensitivity.

Description

The OUTLOOK Set e-mail sensitivity function sets the sensitivity level on the currently selected e-mail. This controls how the e-mail is handled with respect to privacy.

Setting it up

To use the OUTLOOK Set e-mail sensitivity function, follow these instructions:

Once on a process map:

1. Navigate to the process where you would like to add the OUTLOOK Set e-mail sensitivity function
2. Click on the green button's drop-down (right side of the green button labelled "Process")
3. On the menu that appears, click on the "+ Activity" item
4. From here you can select the OUTLOOK Set e-mail sensitivity option
5. Click "Add" once you are done

• Private and Confidential e-mails cannot be forwarded by the recipient in some configurations
• Use this before sending sensitive business communications
