This article describes the RPA Outlook functionality to smart reply using AI.

Description
The OUTLOOK Smart reply function uses AI to generate and send a contextual reply to the currently selected e-mail based on your instructions. Simply describe what the reply should say (e.g. "accept the meeting", "decline politely", "ask for the invoice") and the AI composes an appropriate response.
Setting it up
To use the OUTLOOK Smart reply function, follow these instructions:

Once on a process map:
- Navigate to the process where you would like to add the OUTLOOK Smart reply function
- Click on the green button's drop-down (right side of the green button labelled "Process")
- On the menu that appears, click on the "+ Activity" item
- From here you can select the OUTLOOK Smart reply option
- Click "Add" once you are done

Tips
- Be specific in your instructions for better results
- Use draft mode first to review the AI-generated reply before sending
- The AI considers the full e-mail context when composing the reply
