Save the PDF with a new name.
Add it to a process
In the process designer, open the Add step tab. Find Save as under PDF › Application, or type its name in the search box, and drag it onto the canvas.
Fields
| Field | Required | What it does |

| File path | Yes | Enter the file path, or use a variable such as {folder::desktop::path}\file.txt. |
| Destination path | Yes | Destination file path |
| Pages | Yes | Page range to save (e.g. 1-5, 3, 10-20) |
