Stamp a watermark across every page of the PDF.
Add it to a process
In the process designer, open the Add step tab. Find Add watermark under PDF › Manipulate, or type its name in the search box, and drag it onto the canvas.
Fields
| Field | Required | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Watermark text | No | Watermark text (ignored when an image is given) |
| Watermark image | No | An image file to stamp instead of text. |
| Opacity | No | 0 is invisible, 1 is solid. 0.15 reads as a watermark without hiding the page. Default: 0.15. |
| Rotation | No | Degrees. 45 is the diagonal stamp; an image rotates in quarter turns. |
| Save to | No | File path or folder for the watermarked PDF. Leave blank to write beside the original. |
| Variable | No | Name of the variable where the result will be stored Default: document. |
