Description

The POWERPOINT Add text function allows you to add text to a PowerPoint slide.


Setting it up

To use the POWERPOINT Add text function, follow these instructions:

Once on a process map:

  1. Navigate to the process where you would like to add the POWERPOINT Add text function
  2. Click on the green button's drop-down (right side of the green button labelled "Process")
  3. On the menu that appears, click on the "+ Activity" item
  4. From here you can select the POWERPOINT Add text option
  5. Click "Add" once you are done

Tips

  • If placeholder index is specified, the text is added to an existing placeholder; otherwise a new text box is created
  • Position and size are specified in inches
