Overview of POWERPOINT functions available in RPA. These functions allow you to automate Microsoft PowerPoint operations including creating slides, adding content, and managing presentations.
Available POWERPOINT Functions
- Add an image: Inserts an image into a PowerPoint slide.
- Add a slide: Adds a new slide to the presentation.
- Add a table: Inserts a table into a PowerPoint slide.
- Add text: Adds text to a PowerPoint slide.
- Close: Closes the current PowerPoint presentation.
- Copy a slide: Copies a slide in the presentation.
- Delete a slide: Deletes a slide from the presentation.
- Extract text: Extracts text from a PowerPoint presentation.
- Move a slide: Moves a slide to a different position.
- Replace text: Replaces text in a PowerPoint presentation.
- Save: Saves the current PowerPoint presentation.
- Save as: Saves the presentation to a new file.
- Save as PDF: Saves the presentation as a PDF file.
- Set slide notes: Sets notes on a PowerPoint slide.
- Slide count: Gets the number of slides in the presentation.
- To dictionary: Converts presentation data to a structured dictionary.
