Suspend the run to await an external result (durable Action-Center await).
Add it to a process
In the process designer, open the Add step tab. Find Suspend until external input under Action Center, or type its name in the search box, and drag it onto the canvas.
Fields

| Variable | No | Name of the variable where the result will be stored |
What it gives back
{variable}– the awaited external result, injected on resume.
