Not every step can be automated – sometimes a person has to approve something, fill in a form, or make a decision before a process can continue. The Action Centre is where those human tasks land, so people know what's waiting for them and can act on it.
1. Finding your tasks
The Action Centre organises tasks into tabs:
- My tasks – assigned to you.
- Team tasks – assigned to a team you belong to.
- Sent by me – tasks you created or routed to others.
- All company tasks – everything across the workspace.
Filter by status (pending, assigned, completed, expired, cancelled) and by type, and sort by priority or date to find what matters.
2. Completing a task
- Open a task to see what's being asked.
- For a form task, complete the fields and submit.
- For an approval, make your decision.
- Add a comment if you need to explain or collaborate.
Tasks can carry a priority (Critical, High, Medium, Low) and a due time; you'll see a countdown on tasks that must be done within a window.
3. Approvals by several people
Some tasks are part of a group approval, where more than one person must respond. In those cases you can see the overall group status and how each person has decided.
