Validate a person's identity for onboarding.
Add it to a process
In the process designer, open the Add step tab. Find Validate personal information under Data, or type its name in the search box, and drag it onto the canvas.
Fields
| Field | Required | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Variable | No | Name of the variable that gets the validation result. For example onboarding. Default: onboarding. |
| Selfie file | Yes | File path to the selfie photo for facial comparison. |
| ID file | Yes | File path to the ID document image to verify against. |
| Name | Yes | The full name of the person to validate. You can use a variable. |
| ID number | Yes | The 13-digit South African ID number to validate. |
| Confidence | Yes | Minimum confidence percentage (1-100) required for a positive match. |
| PEP screening | No | Screen the person against Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) databases. |
| Sanctions screening | No | Screen the person against international sanctions lists. |

Errors
