Description

The PROCESS Validate personal information function allows you to validate personal information.


Setting it up

To use the PROCESS Validate personal information function, follow these instructions:

Once on a process map:

  1. Navigate to the process where you would like to add the PROCESS Validate personal information function
  2. Click on the green button’s drop-down (right side of the green button labelled “Process”)
  3. On the menu that appears, click on the “+ Activity” item
  4. From here you can select the PROCESS Validate personal information option
  5. Click "Add" once you are done

  • Performs KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification
  • Compares selfie against ID document photo
  • Enable PEP and sanctions screening for compliance
