Help Centre › Reports & Dashboards
Reports turn everything your automations do into figures you can act on – how many runs happened, how many succeeded, how long they took, and how much time they saved. Most reporting in Automize is built from the same dashboard widgets, arranged to answer the questions you care about.
1. Build a report from widgets
Add the widgets that answer your question to a dashboard and arrange them into a view – for example a monthly summary with success rate, throughput, failing processes and time saved. See Working with the dashboard for how to add and configure widgets, and the Dashboard widget catalogue for what's available.
2. Choose the period
Switch the dashboard's time window – typically last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days – to report over the period you need. Trend widgets show how a figure is moving over that window, not just its current value.
3. What you can report on
- Volume – runs, throughput, items worked through queues.
- Quality – success rate, error breakdown and error-rate trends.
- Speed – average execution time, run-duration distribution and latency.
- Value – ROI, time saved and cost saved over time.
- People – for administrators, who is contributing and how active they are.
4. Going deeper on a single run
For a detailed look at one run rather than the big picture, use the Run History panel on the process map, where you can replay a run step-by-step and download or AI-analyse its log. See Running and debugging a process.
