Priced per page, because a forty-page bank statement is not the same as a one-page invoice.

Monthly plans

Every plan reads the same documents, runs the same checks and exports the same three formats. What changes is how many pages a month, and how many people share them.

Prices are in South African Rand and exclude VAT. Billing is monthly and can be cancelled at the end of a period.

Or buy pages once, and keep them

Converting a statement is not a monthly habit for everybody. A tax return, a loan application, a year end – a pack covers it, never expires, and does not become a subscription you have to remember to cancel.

What a page means here

The unit is the page you upload, counted before anything is read.

Counted from the document

Not from what came out of it. A statement whose middle pages are a scan still costs what its page count says, and a document that fails a check is not charged twice for the retry.

An image is one page

A photograph of a till slip, a scanned invoice, a screenshot – one page each, however large the file is.

Automations are not metered here

These figures cover documents you convert by hand. A process that reads documents as part of an automation runs under your automation plan instead, and is not counted against them.

When uploading is the wrong shape

These plans are for reading a document when you happen to have one. If the same document arrives every month from the same supplier, the better answer is not a bigger plan – it is not uploading anything.

Questions

A page of the document you upload. A one-page invoice is one; a six-page bank statement is six. It is counted from the document itself before anything is read, so the number is the same whether the extraction goes well or badly, and an image is always one.
Because a forty-page statement and a one-page till slip are not the same amount of work, and charging the same for both means one of the two is wrong. Pages are also what every other converter sells, so the figures on this page can be compared with theirs directly.
Nothing already converted is affected, and the allowance resets on the 1st. You can move up a plan, or buy a page pack, which never expires and can sit unused until the month you need it.
No. They are bought once and stay on the account until they are used. They cost more per page than a monthly plan, which is the trade for not committing to one.
No. The document is read and deleted – there is no copy in a bucket and no row in a table, because nothing is written in the first place. That is the architecture rather than a setting.

Try it on your own document

Create a free Automize company and upload a document. Extraction, the checks and the exports are all in the platform – and when the same document arrives every month, the process that reads it can post it too.
