It is an hour of actual execution time — a bot driving an application, or a cloud flow calling APIs. Building processes, editing them, and leaving bots idle do not consume hours.
Neither. Users, bots, and processes are unlimited on every plan — you are only charged for the hours your automations actually run.
All billing is in South African Rand (ZAR) through PayFast. Other currencies shown on this page are indicative conversions to help you compare — the amount debited is the ZAR figure.
